We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service without prior notice. Any major changes affecting an active contract will be communicated to the Client.

4. Term and Termination
4.1 Agreement Duration
The initial term of any service agreement will be specified in the Service Order.
4.2 Renewal and Subsequent Terms
The agreement shall automatically renew for an equivalent period unless terminated by either party, as specified in the Service Order.
4.3 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the agreed notice period. Termination will not relieve either party of obligations incurred before the termination date.

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees and Charges
Clients agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the Service Order. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule.
5.2 Late Payments
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
5.3 Refunds
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Service Order.

6. Client Obligations
6.1 Access and Cooperation
Clients must provide necessary access, materials, and cooperation required to perform the agreed services. Delays due to lack of access or cooperation may result in project extensions or additional charges.
6.2 Compliance with Laws
Clients must ensure that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intouch Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific service.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
Any intellectual property created by Intouch Digital remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may receive a license to use specific materials as part of their service agreement.
8.2 Client Content
Clients retain ownership of any content provided to us but grant us a license to use, modify, and publish it as necessary for service fulfillment.

9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Data Protection and Privacy
Our data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy. We adhere to all applicable data protection regulations, including the UK GDPR.

11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, or technical failures.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with UK laws.
